Conflict is not in itself a problem. It is a sign that meaningful solutions have yet to emerge.

Let’s Begin

People assume that resolving difficult conflicts requires negotiation, persuasion and compromise. We see things differently. We believe disagreement can be addressed in a way that meets the needs of all parties, and that the key to this is imagination, which comes to the fore via building respectful, trusting relationships among the parties experiencing dissent.

If you’re grappling with an “impossible” problem, listen up: solutions may reside outside of the assumptions you’re currently bringing to it. We can help you break through the suppositions that are no longer serving you and that keep you stuck. In addressing the challenge, we help you build the skills to do this while modeling what a community can do when it’s flourishing.

We connect groups and individuals gripped by challenging problems with people versed in Community Consensus. Reach out to us if you have an impossible problem, you would like to train in this approach, or you want to sponsor a workshop.
